The weekend continues... [Oct. 21st, 2000|04:56 pm]

So, continuing from my last post, Megan and I had just gotten back to her house again, after dropping off Don, Megan's fashion-conscious friend who helped both Megan and I find some new clothes.

When we got back, she and I cleaned out her car together, since she was acting as a taxi driver for part of the short story later that night. Megan, her parents and I ate dinner together, which is where I got the most grilling about myself and what I was all about...Despite my rock star / heroin addict / messiah appearance, parents seem to like me once they actually talk to me. I think things went fairly well on that front...

After dinner, Megan and I left for the short story. Before we went in, we made out briefly, since we hadn't been able to all day, what with her parents being around, then we went in, played a game of pool (I hit the 8-ball in before sinking all of my other balls, so I lost), and waited for the rest of the people to show up.

The short story was kind of fun, although I accidentally cut myself on some very sharp leaves on a bush. A couple of really nice paper-cut like wounds right in between my middle and ring fingers on my right hand. Add this in to my "treehugger" story (have I told that one yet here?), and you get a guy who just keeps injuring himself on plants...I think I'm going to become a vegetarian, simply out of a desire for revenge!

After the short story, Megan dropped me off at Erik's house, we kissed good-bye, and then after finally watching the Buffy season premiere, I crashed and went to bed.

Woke up this morning, very tired (no big surprise there...), and headed off to work. And, here I am. Got here one minute late (which doesn't count as a tardy, thankfully...). And now, it's only two and a half hours before I go home. Yay!

Actually, now it's only two hours...(Had a couple of chat sessions, then a break...)
