So, as I mentioned earlier, I had stuff to get done this weekend, to get me started on my course of self-improvement. As of right now, I haven't gotten as much done as I had originally set for myself, but after I finish this entry, I'm going out to the car to get my Lord of the Flies notes and will finish up the quizzes. At that point, I will have finished four of the items, which was my goal for the weekend. I have also gotten some work done on my bedroom, especially in the area of clothing and getting that organized. Although, I want to go through and decide what items can be donated to Goodwill and what clothing should just be thrown out (some of it's in really bad shape...)

Even with all the stuff I got done, I still had a very sociable and pleasant weekend. Friday was pretty much just spent working. Then Saturday around 6 or 7pm, some people came over (specifically, Whitemeat, James & Jody, Jenny N., and Marcy), and we had a game night. We played The Great Dalmuti for a while, then the group split up into those playing Life, and those watching Ricki Oh (a horribly cheesy and disgustingly fun Hong Kong action flick...). So, I went to bed really late last night because of that (okay, not the only reason I was up, but we won't go into the rest just yet...).

Today, I woke up and accomplished just a little more on my To-do list, then went to Fred and Lisa's house for a get-together celebrating Melissa's brief return to the East Coast. That was fun, although incredibly tiring. Fred and Lisa have two children under five, and James and Jody brought their son Hunter with them as well. Three very active kids. This just helped verify that I'm not ready for kids myself, and probably won't be anytime in the near future. So, that was my weekend.

How was yours?

How was yours?

Oh, you know, work, gardening, did some cleaning around the house, fooled around on the internet, hung with Wil Wheaton, laid out some snail poison, the usual.

ugh.

Item One on my to-do list was "write to-do list."
I don't know what Item Two was going to be.

I fell behind again.
