I really need to readjust my body clock, so that I no longer stay up until 4am, then wake up at noon. From about midnight on, it really feels like a waste of time. There's stuff I can do in the morning that I just can't at night (run errands and such...) But, while it's easy to move your body forward (due to its natural 25 hour cycle), it's nearly impossible to move backwards.

Any ideas?

Drugs, lots of drugs..

take a dose of nyquil about 30 minutes before you want to readjust your bed time to be. I always sleep for almsot exactly 8 hours, and then wake up and am ready to kill the world... erm.. i mean save... yeah, thats the ticket..
