Take actual 10-12 year olds from today, and plop them down in front of the games we played when we were 10-12 (okay, younger in some cases...), and watch what they say.

Pretty damn funny, but I think EGM embellished a lot of what those kids said. I mean, come on--I know people twice their age who aren't as insightful. Precocious is one thing, but....

Nope. Kids *are* really this stupid. Especially in groups.

I know kids are stupid. My observation was that the kids in this article seemed quite the opposite. I'm not sure why you thought "insightful" meant "stupid." Maybe you've been spending too much time around those Yu-Gi-Oh kids.... :P

Why, that's Choo-Choo Bear, arguably the most popular character from Something Positive, one of my favorite online comics. It's probably the most bitter, cynical collection of characters ever to call each other friends...Go check it out.
