Turns out, we're having nationwide problems with a certain kind of access number (don't ask me what kind. I don't get that information...), and we've put a big "Sorry. Something's messed up." message when you first call in. That pretty much got rid of all the people calling in...Yay!

We only get about 5 minute a.w.t.s at our company on the worst days...

You guys need more staff...
