Mmmm...Worms... [Nov. 27th, 2001|02:06 pm]
Kurt Onstad
So, yeah, I don't post nearly as often as I used to. Sorry about that, but the few times I've felt like saying something, LJ has been down for great periods of time. By the time it comes back up, the urge has left...

But, it appears to be working now. The first big news in my life is that I'm going to be moving in a few months. My roommates are already starting the preperations. They unplugged my microwave oven and left it in the living room the other day...Of course, I'm not moving until March, so we'll have a microwave in the living room for a little while yet, I guess. Still not quite sure where it is I want to live. I'm thinking about Pasadena, or some other place closer to my AOKP friends, because that's where I spend most of my free time these days anyways. I enjoy my job, but I'm not particularly attached to it...

In other news, I've got a date coming up Friday. It's with another AOKP person (see a trend...) Her name's Cynthia.

So, before she said yes, Cynthia made it clear that this was only a date, and not the beginning of a burgeoning relationship. That's perfectly fine by me. I just did the relationship thing recently, and we saw how well that worked out for me. I think right now I'm in a place where I actually am looking for less of a commitment and just to have fun with someone who's company I enjoy. And Cynthia most definitely fits that description. So far, our plan is to go miniature golfing. But, looking at the weather forecast for this Friday, I'm wondering if that's a good idea. I guess we'll wait and see.

I live in fantasyland.

Moving's always fun. I'm thinking about Washington State...

I was genuinely planning to move there when I said that.

For the life of me, I can't remember why.
