Getting towards the end of the day... [Oct. 15th, 2000|07:52 pm]

There's a nice, predictable pattern for the most part to the flow of calls at work. For the first half hour or so, there's not many calls, and we'll have a minute or two downtime between incoming calls. Then, it's pretty much non-stop for the rest of the day, until about 7:30 or 8:00. Then, it's dead again, right up until the last five minutes that we're open. That's when we clear the queue up, and take care of all those last minute customers. So, now, we're back into one of the dead times, so I can jot some notes down here if I want.

I'm still really sore from my last anxiety attack. My muscles tighten up so much that the joints themselves ache. I'd really like a massage right about now. Any volunteers? :) Hopefully, riding home will work out some of the stress, but I carry it mostly in my shoulders, so bike-riding really doesn't affect the problem areas, unfortunately.

But, at least I don't have to worry about writing the show tonight / tomorrow morning...Oh, what? It's due tomorrow morning...Damn...

Will most likely procrastinate like usual, and not finish the show until about 15 minutes before it's due...
